It's that filial (fil i yel) fear the Puritans talked about, a childlike fear in a righteous good way. It's to have this beautiful glowing love for God on the one side and THEN this unbelievable holy, reverential fear and awe of God in the right way on the other side. The two are not incompatible. As a matter of fact The two complete one another

Relate Wk 4 "Learning to Listen" In 1 Peter 3:7-12 scripture tells us  "husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way".That means we have got to be good listeners. Let see how we can practice this everyday.

Genesis 2 says "It is not good for man to be alone".God created everything.Marriage, Family and the Church.Because it is not good for man to be alone. That means we are called to in relationships. And they are everywhere; home, work, school, church.How can we have godly relationships that LAST and are pleasing to God? ......

"Pot Luck Wk1 Gods Answer to That's Not Fair". If not careful the phrase "That's not Fair" can lead our heart to a posture of entitlement. We can become jaded in our relationship with God believing we are owed something from him. Our ingratitude needs to be put in check. The cure for ingratitude and entitlement is the GOSPEL! As we walk out our faith we should remember the golden rule. Mat 7:12
